Mario Hernández Pérez-Calvo

Founder of Creactia · Barcelona

I design how companies take their products to market, and I use AI to build everything it takes to get there.

I only work with a few companies at a time.

Creactia is my go-to-market consultancy. I run it on my own, with a team of AI agents I direct every day. As well as drawing up the plan, I build whatever it takes to carry it out, whether that’s the website, the analytics, the campaigns, the sales tools or an iPhone app.

I’ve written a 451-page book on go-to-market, sold on Amazon in six languages, and I teach the same method in my own course. Since November 2020 I’ve also been in charge of all the technology at Sofrocay, an international sophrology school. I’ve worked for myself since 2001, the year I opened my sound studio.

I did three years of medical school at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which is why I get on well with the doctors and health professionals I work with at Sofrocay, Dormir bé and Nutrición Energética.

“The only face of creactia is me: a specific person who decides, executes and answers for the result.”

01

How I work

  1. I join each client’s team and work with them from start to finish. Part of my fee depends on the result.
  2. I start from the goal, the metric that has to move, and plan backwards from there.
  3. AI lets me do far more than I could on my own, but the judgement calls are mine.
  4. I only call something done when I can prove it.

A3D Marketing for an industrial engineering consultancy

Fractional head of marketing · since June 2026

01 / 11

A3D Consulting is an industrial digitalisation and BIM consultancy based in Montcada i Reixac, near Barcelona, and I run its marketing as part of the team. I redesigned a3d.es and moved it to its own server. I set up its booking system at cal.a3d.es, analytics built around the business, and its Google Ads campaigns. I also put together its smart P&ID service, which turns engineering drawings into interactive ones. For MAT Congress in Zaragoza I produced the stand and materials, and I’ve built several sales tools for the team.

Result

I built a machine-assisted translation pipeline for its DWG technical drawings. I delivered a three-drawing pilot, and the client signed it off before we moved on to the rest.

Sofrocay The technical platform of an international school

Head of Technology and Audiovisual Development at INISCA · since November 2020

02 / 11

INISCA is the company behind Sofrocay, and its online campus serves a network of 44 schools in 12 countries. I run all of its technology remotely: infrastructure, online campus, ERP, e-signature, websites, payments and analytics. I built its e-signature platform, sign.sofrocay.com, with PAdES signatures, qualified timestamps and an integrity proof anchored to Bitcoin. I moved the campus, a Moodle site with about 36,000 users, from a third-party host to its own servers at Hetzner, set up automatic encrypted backups and tested that they restore properly. I wrote enrol_sofrocay, the Moodle plugin that handles enrolments and instalment payments. I’m also leading the project to replace the legacy ERP, written in PowerBuilder, with an in-house web ERP built on Astro and PostgreSQL.

Result

Moving to its own servers cut the campus’s infrastructure costs from about €927 a month to about €122. The e-signature platform has been live since 11 September 2026, and the company now signs its contracts on it.

Nutrición Energética Website, app and campaigns for a doctor and a nutritionist

Since 2024

03 / 11

For Dr Jorge Pérez-Calvo, a naturopathic physician, and nutritionist Mireia Tell, I built nutricionenergetica.com, a platform with 119 video recipes for therapeutic cooking. I also made their iPhone app, Energy Nutrition, which works offline and has a step-by-step cooking mode, a timer, and shopping lists and menus the family can share through iCloud. I run their Google Ads campaigns in Spanish and French from Creactia’s agency account. I also built the website for the Oncothermia Unit at their clinic, in Spanish, English and French.

Result

The app went live on the App Store on 12 June 2026, in six languages.

Client since 2012 · migrated in July 2026

04 / 11

José Manuel Almuzara is an architect and a scholar of Gaudí, and I’ve worked with him since 2012. I redesigned his website and migrated it from WordPress to Astro: around 660 pages in eight languages and 75 documented activities. I also set up an AI-assisted workflow so that news can be published straight from WhatsApp.

Result

The new site has been live since July 2026, and news is posted to it straight from WhatsApp.

The control tower for my AI agents

In-house systems · 2026

Every day I work with many AI agents in parallel, across software, infrastructure, analytics and content, and I’ve built my own systems to direct them. Andelor Hub brings the Claude Code sessions of several Macs together on one screen. From my phone I can see what’s running, what’s waiting for my approval and how much quota each project is using. With the agent registry I know which session is handling each task. Requests go into a queue, and I only mark them done once there’s proof.

To decide quickly I’ve built myself a decision desk, a private page where each decision comes to me as a card with its context, the options, what each one involves and a recommendation. With Claude Switcher, a Mac menu bar app, I run several Claude Code accounts at once: I can see each account’s usage in real time, credentials renew automatically and I switch accounts in one click.

Result

I’ve directed as many as 39 sessions at once. Over the last twelve months my agents and I have made 56,981 commits across 175 GitHub repositories. A large share of those commits were written by the agents, following my instructions.

Sales Hub A digital sales room for B2B sales teams

In-house product · 2026

Sales Hub is a white-label digital sales room for sales teams. Each buyer gets their own portal. There they see a proposal that’s always up to date and a mutual action plan shared with the sales rep. They can also sign there, and the signature is recorded on a blockchain. The rep, meanwhile, sees each buyer’s intent signals.

Result

The first instance, El Mirador, is live at secure.creactia.com.

Bensten Paid media run by AI agents

In-house product · 2026

Bensten is a platform for managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with AI agents that work under human supervision. You tell the agent what you need in a console and it acts on the account: it checks performance, pauses campaigns, shifts budget, builds landing pages and opens tickets. It always works within a spend cap and logs everything it does. Each user can see and manage only their own clients. For business owners who are new to advertising, there’s a twelve-module academy that teaches search marketing from scratch, using their own business as the example.

Result

The app runs end to end in test mode and is ready to connect to each client’s live Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.

La Mesa Design review with AI judges

In-house method · since September 2026

La Mesa is my method for reviewing a piece of design. First, I pit several design traditions against each other, each with its own proposal. Then a panel of AI judges goes over the piece, each from its own specialism: typography, content, conversion, images, testimonials and message framing. Finally, the client opens a screen where they can see each proposed change applied live before accepting it.

It started with one client, and now I use it on every piece.

Kitomo A preschool animated series built with code

Creator and director · 2026

09 / 11

Kitomo is a 3D animated series with no dialogue, for children aged 3 and up to watch with an adult. Each day a beech-wood ball wakes up in its nest, rolls through the mechanisms of a workshop of wooden, felt, brass and string toys, and at sunset goes home to sleep. I created it, I direct it and I produce the whole thing from my desk.

The workshop is built with code in Blender and follows the physics of a real tabletop. Every frame is rendered with Cycles on my own five-computer render farm, which turns out an episode overnight. In the sound design, every contact sounds like the two materials actually touching. The theme tune is a five-note motif I composed. AI agents write the code under my direction, and I sign off every look, every shot and every final cut. Before I call an episode finished, it goes through an automated check on pacing, lighting and loudness.

Result

kitomo.com is live in Spanish, Catalan and English, with a page for the first episode, “Redondo”, and a guide to watching the series as a family. The first season will have 26 episodes of 6 minutes 11 seconds each.

Open-source MCP servers

Published on GitHub · 2026

10 / 11

MCP is the protocol that lets an AI assistant work with external tools, and I’ve published several servers for it. mail-mcp connects the assistant to email over IMAP and SMTP and is built for privacy: it stores credentials only in the system keychain, requires TLS and includes defences against prompt injection. google-seo-mcp-claude-code brings Search Console and GA4 together in more than 100 tools, cross-references the data from both and cites the source, date range and time in every answer. crawlforge is an alternative to Screaming Frog with 269 technical SEO rules. For my own work I’ve also built google-kp-mcp, which pulls exact search volumes from the Google Ads Keyword Planner.

Result

mail-mcp has 181 unit tests and crawlforge has 309. Google granted me Basic Access to the Google Ads API after reviewing the design document for google-kp-mcp.

Apps on the App Store and for the Mac

Under supera.dev, my developer brand · 2026

11 / 11

supera.dev is the brand I make my iPhone and Mac apps under. MedTracker Pro is an iPhone app that helps a family keep track of its medication. It has reminders, a widget and iCloud sync between carers. Health data moves only through the family’s own iCloud. FrameCraft, for the Mac, turns simulator screenshots into App Store marketing images, with device frames and templates. For the Mac I’ve also made Custodia, which runs encrypted backups to Google Drive from the menu bar, and Recetas, which generates medical prescriptions as PDFs for a private practice.

Result

I have three apps live on the App Store under my own Apple developer account: MedTracker Pro, FrameCraft and Energy Nutrition. MedTracker Pro is available in six languages and twelve localisations. Custodia and Recetas are signed with a Developer ID and notarised by Apple.

3 apps on the App Store

My own apps outside the App Store

Private projects · 2026

  • TimeTracker Pro, for iPhone and Mac. It tracks hours per client, each at their own rate, and you can dictate entries to it. It has an API so AI agents can log their own time.
  • Vikunja iOS. A native iPhone client for Vikunja, the task manager I run on my own server.
  • DriveFocus, for iPhone and CarPlay. It works offline and turns every car journey into a learning session you choose before setting off.
  • Speox, for iPhone and Mac. It listens to what you want to ask and turns it into a well-built prompt for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
  • Envision, for iPhone, in development. It listens to a consultation or a meeting, suggests the questions worth asking as it goes, and writes up the document at the end. Transcription happens on the phone itself.
  • HogarFlow, for iPhone. It organises the household and plans the cleaning schedule.
  • DomainScout. It watches GoDaddy domain auctions and rates each name’s potential as a brand with help from Gemini.
  • Multicam Blink, for the Mac. It shows every Blink camera on an account in a single grid and opens the live feed from each one.

More things I’ve built

  • An agent-run recording studio. A Mac mini that my agents drive over SSH to record software tutorials, with the cursor in view and a continuous AI-generated voiceover. Every take is rehearsed first, following a method of my own that I sum up as “recording is not executing”.
  • Brand Film Factory. I start from a conversation, generate the script and the frames with AI, and approve each shot on a board until the master is ready.
  • web-annotate-kit and revlens. web-annotate-kit lets you pin comments on any live website. revlens adds an AI review that turns each note into an anchored comment, ready for another agent to act on.
  • knowingbitcoin.com. My educational Bitcoin site, with guides to self-custody, Lightning, hardware wallets and privacy, which I run with a team of AI agents and where I write under the name Max Hale. I moved it from WordPress to Astro in May 2026.
  • Gemma 4 Local. A Mac app that runs Gemma 4, Google’s model, entirely on your own computer.
  • agentglance. It shows the open sessions of Claude Code, OpenCode and Codex CLI in the Mac’s notch. One click takes you back to that session’s terminal.
  • Tools for Claude Code. claude-compact-manual, claude-context-monitoring-tool and claude-statusline-pro, published on GitHub.
  • More MCP servers. acumbamail-mcp, with 24 tools, and an extended version of vikunja-mcp. I’ve also adapted chrome-devtools-mcp, Google’s server for controlling Chrome, so that it resizes screenshots and agents can read them.
